Hi, I'm Spyridon!
Growing up, I spent countless hours by my mother's side, watching her fill our kitchen with the rich aromas of Greece and the joy of bringing people together through her delicious food. Those years inspired my love for this craft and sparked my passion for serving others. My mother Kassiani was a kind and beautiful soul that put her heart into everything she set out to do. She was truly my inspiration. I loved watching her prepare meals. I truly enjoy cooking and baking—from our flaky baklava and creamy chicken lemon soup to our spicy feta dips and so many other traditional recipes passed down through my family. I've learned from my mother and Niko, and much time spent in the kitchen myself over the years.
We are proud to carry on my mother's legacy by preserving her cherished recipes and through her flavors, we will keep bringing the rich traditions of Greece to Simi Valley and beyond, honoring her memory while welcoming each guest with the same love and hospitality she showed for so many years.
